Learn The Secrets of Strategic LPO/Legal Outsourcing

I’m not here to promote Integreon, impressive though they are. For proof of my impartiality I also tweeted a positive message about Pangea3 earlier today. What I liked about this picture was just the sheer size of the numbers involved. The numbers reflect multiple deals – mainly on much shorter contract term than the CMS or KWM deals. Those deals were truly strategic and, while very difficult to pull of from a Supplier and Buyer perspective, will be the ones that deliver the greatest value in the short and long term.

As anyone who has been through complex outsourcing deals before knows, they are emotional roller coasters and the only thing between success and failure is the sheer focus of the Buyer (i.e. law firm) leadership that this is exactly the right thing for their business. Learn The Secrets LPO

I’ve just sent my book “Strategic Legal Outsourcing LPO ” for review by my editor but, in advance of getting it out the door, I’m going to be sharing, for free, the secrets behind Strategic Legal Outsourcing.

Over the coming few weeks I’m going to be issuing a series of free videos and step-by-step action sheets that anyone can use to build their LPO strategy in such a way that they will gain customers, cut costs, and strengthen the business for the long term. This will be as relevant to law firm partners as it will be to General Counsel in any organisation, whether in the US, UK, Europe or anywhere else in the world.
